Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 539-1995 "Asbestos rubber sheet."
This standard compared with GB/T 539-1995, the main changes are as follows.
--- In Chapter 3, "Classification and labeling" added "by the method of GB/T 20671.1 specified labeled" content;
--- Increased "NY510", "NY300" level two grades and quality requirements;
--- The "dipping 20 Aviation Lubricants" to "dipping IRM903 oil", which NY400, NY250, NY150, HNY300
Transverse tensile strength index after immersion oil respectively, by "≥26.0MPa, ≥9.0MPa, ≥8.0MPa, ≥10.8MPa" modification
As "≥12.0MPa, ≥7.0MPa, ≥5.0MPa, ≥9.0MPa", after dipping oil growth rate indicators were made "≤9%,
≤23%, ≤23%, ≤23% "unity revised to" ≤30% ", after the abolition of immersion oil thickening quality indicators;
--- The "dipping 75 aviation gasoline or jet fuel No. 3" to "fuel oil impregnated ASTM B", NY400, NY250,
HNY300 thickening rate index respectively, by "≤20%, ≤25%, ≤25%" unified changed to "0 to 20%", the abolition of impregnation
After the fuel transverse tensile strength and weight gain quality indicators;
--- Increased NY400 room temperature transverse tensile strength index ≥15MPa;
--- The internal pressure of the oil seal NY400 submissions from 12MPa to 16MPa;
--- Added "nitrogen leakage rate" quality requirements and test methods;
--- Canceled 2.5mm thickness greater than or equal to not test the flexibility of the provisions;
--- Cancellation of the product prescribed thickness, thickness deviation requirements has been modified;
--- Use the "creep relaxation rate" instead of "stress relaxation rate," the specific content has not changed;
--- Modify the "thickness measurement method";
--- Transverse tensile strength test GB/T 20671.7 instead of GB/T 541;
--- Compression rebound ratio testing GB/T 20671.2 Obsolete instead of GB 3988 and later GB/T 541, the diameter of the head
25mm to 6.4mm;
--- Density test GB/T 22308 to replace obsolete GB 544 and subsequent GB/T 541;
--- Oiled weight gain, thickening test GB/T 20671.3 replace the obsolete GB 543, GB 3912 and later
GB/T 540;
--- Softness test GB/T 20671.8 instead of GB/T 3985;
--- Corrosion test GB/T 540 to replace obsolete GB 3913;
--- Creep relaxation rate test GB/T 20671.5 instead of GB/T 3985;
--- The performance test by the number of samples of each batch of sample "A" to "three";
--- Added Appendix A "grade rating of this product corresponds to the criteria listed in GB/T 20671.1 coding."
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.
