This document replaces GB/T 5039-1999 "Sugihara Articles". Compared with GB/T 5039-1999, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes,
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added terms and definitions of Sugihara strips (see 3.1);
--- Deleted the measuring tool of the ruler (see 4.1.3 of the.1999 edition);
--- Changed the size of the tip diameter from 6cm~12cm to 6.0cm~8.0cm (see 4.2.1, 3.1.1 of the.1999 edition);
--- Changed the classification, changed to the defect allowable limit (see 4.3, 3.3 of the.1999 edition);
--- Changed the allowable limit of some defects, the second grade of sapwood decay was changed from 15% to 10%; the outer skin, trauma, partial withered first grade 15%

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 155, GB/T 15787 and the following apply to this document.
