This standard replaces GB/T 4891-1985 "estimate batch (or process) the amount of the average quality of sample selection methods."
This standard and GB/T 4851-1985 the main differences.
a) according to GB/T 1.1-2000 requirements, the standard text redrafted;
b) increase the Normative References. ISO 3534-1.2006; ISO 3534-2.2006;
c) To facilitate the application of the criteria, an increase of related terms and definitions;
d) with the "absolute margin of error E (X-μ)", instead of the original standard "precision E (X-μ)";
e) with the general formula for calculating the amount of the general sample confidence level 1-α under, instead of the original standard confidence level of 99.73% under the special
formula;
g) given the use of a formula (calculated directly) when 1 S expression, delete the original standard accompanying Tables 2 and 3;
h) Remove the original standard in Figure 2.
