Woodworking machine safety horizontal sawing machine
1 Scope
This document describes saw carriages with front saw lines mounted below the workpiece support, with manual loading and/or motorized loading and manual unloading, and
Safety requirements and measures for horizontal sawing machines (see 3.1 for definition) capable of continuous processing (hereinafter referred to as machine tools).
This document covers the hazards listed in Appendix A (Hazard List) associated with the machine tool when the machine tool is operated, adjusted and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's expectations.
All significant hazards, hazardous situations and events associated with the use of the equipment, including reasonably foreseeable misuse. In addition, transportation, assembly, disassembly, decommissioning and other
and hazards during the scrapping phase.
The machine tool may be equipped with any of the following devices/additional working units.
---Side pressure device;
---Mobile unloading device;
---Line drawing unit;
---Post-forming/soft forming trimming and pre-cutting unit;
--- Plate rotating device;
---Front steering workbench;
---Eject the device;
--- Pneumatic clamping device for saw blade;
---Push plate feeding device;
---Milling cutter slotting device;
--- One or more additional sawing lines (before the cross-cutting line) inside the machine tool for longitudinal and/or main sawing;
--- Workpiece vacuum clamping mechanism as part of the front turning table or sheet material unloading device;
---Push plate;
---Split push plate;
--- Additional push plate installed on the push plate seat;
---Additional push plate with integrated label printer device;
---Lifting platform;
---Automatic feeding device for thin plates;
---Gravity feeding device for bottom panel;
---Motorized unloading device for bottom panel;
--- Unloading device under limited space conditions;
---Feeding or pre-feeding roller conveyor;
---Pressure beam with additional baffles to improve dust collection efficiency;
---Use air, water-gas or oil-gas saw blade cooling system;
---Vibrating conveyor with or without trimming unit for edge material processing;
---External systems for top loading/unloading directly on the machine table/pre-loading roller conveyor/machine lifting table.
Note. Bottom sheet refers to the supporting sheet under the stacked sheets to protect the sheets from damage during transportation.
The machine is designed for sawing the following panels.
a) solid wood;
b) Materials with similar physical properties to wood (see 3.2 in GB/T 44902-2024);
