1 Scope
This document describes the contents of linamarin, β-gentiobiose acetone cyanohydrin, lotinoside, β-gentiobiose methyl ethyl ketone cyanohydrin and taxane in agricultural products
Determination method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for glucoside, teosin, amygdalin and pruninin.
This document is applicable to the determination of cyanogenic glycosides in cassava, linseed, sorghum, bamboo shoots, almonds and other agricultural products.

The cyanogenic glycosides in the sample were extracted by 80% methanol aqueous solution, purified by solid phase extraction column, determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and external standard method

5 Reagents and Materials
Unless otherwise specified, only analytical reagents and grade-1 water in accordance with GB/T 6682 are used in the analysis.
5.1 Reagents
5.1.1 Methanol (CH3OH, CAS No.. 67-56-1). chromatographically pure.
5.1.2 Acetonitrile (CH3CN, CAS No.. 75-05-8). chromatographically pure.
5.1.3 Formic acid (HCOOH, CAS No.. 64-18-6). chromatographically pure.
5.2 Reagent preparation
5.2.1 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (volume fraction). accurately absorb 1.00mL of formic acid (5.1.3), and dilute to 1L with water.
5.2.2 80% methanol aqueous solution (volume fraction). Measure 80mL of methanol (5.1.1), add 20mL of water, and mix well.
5.2.3 10% methanol aqueous solution (volume fraction). Measure 10mL of methanol (5.1.1), add 90mL of water, and mix well.
5.2.4 30% methanol-acetonitrile solution (volume fraction). Measure 30mL of methanol (5.1.1), add 70mL of acetonitrile (5.1.2), and mix well.
