Introduction
When publishing, distributing, and serving standards, the standard text is usually taken as a unit, and it is carried in paper printed documents or digital electronic documents.
This form cannot meet the needs of readers to analyze, compare or split, reconstruct, and quickly query the content of standard documents.
much demand. In order to fundamentally solve this problem, it is necessary to solve it in the standard editing and publishing links to realize the structured writing and storage of standard documents.
Store and publish. To realize the structure of standard documents, it is first necessary to describe. what should standard documents contain, and what is the relationship between them? This document
The three meta-models are described from three aspects of hierarchy, element expression form, and content elements, and the constraint relationship between the three is given. Pass
The construction of the meta-model provides the underlying basis for the development and application of standard document structured information.
In view of the fact that in the future, the structural meta-models of different function type standards will describe different objects, and their use scenarios will also be different. GB/T 42093 "Standard
"Document Structured Metamodel" is proposed to be divided into parts according to the application of standard functional types. This document is part 1 of GB/T 42093, which is the basic general
part. GB/T 42093 is proposed to consist of the following parts.
--- Part 1.full text;
--- Part 2.Technical indicators;
--- Part 3.Terminology standards;
--- Part 4.Symbol standards;
--- Part 5.Classification coding;
--- Part 6.Test method standards;
--- Part 7.Normative standards;
--- Part 8.Procedure standards;
--- Part 9.Guideline standards.
The metamodel given in this document is established based on the content of GB/T 1.1-2020, and it is constructed from the standard metamodel of other functional types
Base.

1 Scope
This document describes the structured full-text meta-model of standard documents from three dimensions, namely hierarchical meta-model, element representation form meta-model, and content meta-model.
The content element meta-model specifies the relationship between each dimension and the attributes of the meta-model elements.
This document is applicable to the development and application of structured informatization of standard documents.
