1 Scope
This document specifies the index for the division of climate seasons, and describes the methods for determining the perennial seasons and the current year seasons.
This document applies to business and services related to climate seasons in meteorology, agriculture, hydrology, tourism and other industries.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
climaticseason
Time period divided by temperature.
Note. A year is usually divided into four seasons in the order of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
3.2
5-day moving average
Taking a certain day and the previous 4 days as a group of data and calculating the average value of each group of data in a daily delay.
3.3
stable pass steadilypass
After the first five consecutive 5-day moving averages (3.2) meet a certain climate seasonal indicator threshold, the 5-day moving average sequence no longer appears
below or above this threshold.
