3 Terms and Definitions
DL/T 308-2012 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
A three-phase power network in which the neutral point is not directly grounded.

Capacitive current capacitive current
IC
The capacitive current when a single-phase metallic ground occurs in an uncompensated neutral point ungrounded system.
3.3
grounding current grounding current
The current flowing into the earth due to a fault in the electrical system.
Note. Ground current includes capacitive current, harmonic current and active current.

Compensation current compensationcurrent
After the neutral point of the neutral point ungrounded system is connected to the arc suppressing coil, the inductive current flowing through the arc suppressing coil when the system is single-phase metallically grounded.
