4 Disposal methods
4.1 Oil separation-air flotation-oxidation-biochemical method
4.1.1 Scope of application
It is suitable for emulsified waste liquid with chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) less than 50000mg/L.
4.1.2 Method summary
The waste liquid is discharged into the grease trap, and the floating oil in the waste liquid is separated by means of gravity separation. Add coagulant to the waste liquid after isolation and degreasing,
The air flotation system is used for further treatment, so that the oil droplets and flocs in the wastewater collide with a large number of highly dense ultra-micro bubbles released by the air flotation equipment
Adhesion to form air-bearing scum, and oil-water separation is achieved under the action of air flotation. The waste liquid in the lower layer is then oxidized to further improve the waste liquid’s reliability.
Biochemical, the wastewater after Fenton oxidation is neutralized and press-filtered to remove the sludge, and the wastewater is discharged up to the standard by biochemical treatment.
