1 Scope

This document describes a method for the determination of the main active ingredients in sumac by high performance liquid chromatography. This document is applicable to urushiol (saturated urushiol, monounsaturated urushiol, diunsaturated urushiol, triunsaturated and urushiol) and flavonoids (flavonoids, fisetin, thiamethrin and buterin) compounds for the determination of single or multiple components.
