3 Basic Concept Terms

3.1 jetequipment Taking various nozzles, nozzles, spray guns and other jet components as the core, integrating pumps, valves, mechanical mechanisms, hydraulic and electric control, etc. Various jetting devices and process systems generate jets and use jets to achieve cleaning, delamination, crushing, cutting, surface treatment, spraying, and fluid mass transfer. equipment for transporting and other engineering goals. Note. The jetting equipment usually includes high-pressure water jet equipment, spraying equipment, sandblasting equipment, jet mixing and conveying equipment (jet pump and ejector), etc.

4 Terminology of high pressure water jet equipment

4.1 Basic terminology 4.1.1 Equipment for jetting work by means of water jets. Note. Solid particles or chemical agents can be added to the jet, and it can also be heated. High-pressure water jet equipment is often used for cleaning, delamination (rust removal, paint removal, glue removal, etc.), crushing, Engineering work such as cutting. Its composition is generally. high-pressure water generating equipment (usually reciprocating pump unit, booster unit), control system (safety valve, pressure regulating unit) Valve (overflow relief valve), control valve, electric control cabinet, console, etc.), actuator (spray gun, spray head, abrasive jet assembly and other components and their feeding mechanism), auxiliary System (instrument, pipeline, carrying, protection, etc.). 4.1.2 water jet After the water is pressurized, it is ejected through the nozzle to form high-speed water jets of different shapes. NOTE. The flow rate of the jet mainly depends on the pressure drop across the nozzle section. 4.1.2.1 lowpressurewaterjet The working pressure is not more than 10MPa water jet. Note. Most of its equipment hosts are centrifugal pumps or low-pressure reciprocating pumps. 4.1.2.2 highpressurewaterjet Water jet with working pressure between 10MPa and 100MPa.
