1 Scope

This document specifies the hazard analysis, safety requirements, usage information, testing and validation of sheet metal bending robots. This document applies to Cartesian coordinate type and joint type sheet metal bending robots (hereinafter referred to as robots).

GB/T 12643 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 sheetbendingrobots With more than 5 programmable axes, assist CNC sheet metal bending machine, autonomously perform reclaiming, positioning, feeding, bending follow, return, palletizing and other industrial robots. 3.2 teach mode teach mode The gripper of the robot is manually guided, and the operation mode of the automatic processing program for sheet metal bending is completed according to the technological requirements of sheet metal bending.
