1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for apple harvesting, grading, pre-cooling, storage, delivery, packaging, labeling, transportation, sales and other cold chain circulation links.
This standard applies to the cold chain circulation of fresh apples.

Using refrigeration technology as a means to keep fresh agricultural products suitable for post-harvest processing, pre-cooling, storage, transportation, distribution, sales and other links
