4 Basic requirements
4.1 The sender of the booking confirmation message (hereinafter referred to as the "message") is the shipping company and NVOCC; the message recipient is the cargo owner and freight forwarder.
4.2 The shipping company and non-vessel carrier confirm or confirm the booking application of the cargo owner and freight forwarder according to the company's capacity, route and other specific conditions.
When rejected, a message should be sent to notify the acceptance of the booking, and necessary information such as cargo transportation and delivery should be provided (such as transportation method, transportation means, location,
