Introduction
With the gradual advancement of intelligent manufacturing standardization and the development of digital twin technology, more attention has been paid to the construction of virtual factories. For the truth
The unification of virtual factory construction nowadays is very important to standardize the related content of virtual factory.
A unified virtual factory reference architecture helps developers, system solution providers, and users of different virtual factories to establish
Unify the understanding of the plant construction process, and carry out subsequent integrated development and use.

GB/T 40654-2021 Intelligent Manufacturing Virtual Factory Information Model
3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Virtualfactory
A modeling platform that maps the physical factory and has the functions of simulating, managing and controlling the key elements of the physical factory.
4 Virtual Factory Reference Architecture
4.1 General
The virtual factory reference architecture should be a three-tier architecture including interconnection layer, model layer, and application layer, and interact and update with the physical layer in real time.
The physical layer and the model layer can realize real-time information interaction through the interconnection layer, and establish a dynamic update mechanism. Different functions in the application layer
It can be realized by combining the multi-level model relationships of different models. This document focuses on the product life cycle in the operation and maintenance stage of the factory
Content, the virtual factory function in the application layer is specified. The virtual factory reference architecture is shown in Figure 1.
The virtual factory should build a virtual factory information model based on the actual situation of the physical factory. The actual content of the physical factory should be a virtual factory
The overall basis of the reference architecture.
