1 Scope

This document specifies the simulation test items, test systems, test procedures and result judgments of the cluster control system of village and town photovoltaic power stations. This document is applicable to clusters of village and town photovoltaic power plants that are connected to the power grid of 10kV and below.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36116 apply to this document.

4 Basic regulations

4.1 The simulation test of the cluster control system of the village and town photovoltaic power station shall include the functions of monitoring the master station and the monitoring terminal of the cluster control system test. 4.2 The simulation test of the cluster control system of the village and town photovoltaic power station should be realized through real-time simulation and the tested hardware-in-the-loop test. The real-time simulation department The sub-should have the ability to simulate power systems and communication systems. 4.3 The simulation test should prepare a test outline, including test items, test steps, test results judgment analysis, etc., and develop safety precautions. 4.4 The simulation test equipment should not be connected to the test power supply from the tested object. 4.5 Before testing, the tested hardware such as the cluster monitoring master station or monitoring terminal, real-time simulation device, and communication simulation system should pass the test system. The system interface is interconnected, and the typical architecture is shown in Appendix A. 4.6 Data should be recorded during the test. See Appendix B for the record sheet. 4.7 After the test is completed, a simulation test report should be formed. See Appendix C for the simulation test report of the cluster control system of the village and town photovoltaic power station. 4.8 The function test results of the photovoltaic power station cluster control system of the tested villages and towns shall meet the relevant regulations of GB/T 36116.

5 Test items

5.1 Monitoring the main station test project The test project of the cluster monitoring master station of the village and town photovoltaic power station should include the basic function test and the extended function test of the cluster monitoring master station.
