This document is part 2 of GB/T 40565 "Quick-change connectors for hydraulic transmission". GB/T 40565 has been published as follows

This document replaces GB/T 40565.2-2021 "Hydraulic transmission connection quick-change connector Part 2.20MPa~31.5MPa plane
Compared with GB/T 40565.2-2021, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the applicable pressure range from "20MPa~31.5MPa" to "10MPa~31.5MPa" (see Chapter 1, 2021 Edition
Chapter 1 of);
--- Added specifications 31.5, 38, 51 and corresponding parameter values (see Table 1, Table 2);
--- Added pulse pressure test requirements (see 5.2);
--- The scope of application of the impact flow test has been changed (see 5.6, 5.6 of the 2021 edition).
This document is modified to adopt ISO 16028.2023 "Dimensions and requirements for flat-face quick-change connectors for hydraulic power transmission".
This document has the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 16028.2023.
---Added Chapter 6;
--- Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 correspond to Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 of ISO 16028.2023 respectively.
The technical differences between this document and ISO 16028.2023 and their reasons are as follows.
--- ISO 5598 (see Chapter 3) has been replaced by the normative reference GB/T 17446 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve the reliability of the product.
Operability;
--- Added the term "fluid loss" and its definition (see 3.1) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability;
--- ISO 6803 (see 5.2) has been replaced by the normative reference GB/T 5568 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability.

Introduction
In a hydraulic transmission system, power is transmitted and controlled by a pressurized fluid in a closed circuit.
Quick connection or disconnection of fluid conduits under special installation conditions.
GB/T 40565 specifies the dimensions and requirements of hydraulic quick-change connectors and consists of four parts.
--- Part 1.General purpose. The purpose is to determine the dimensions and requirements of hydraulic quick-change connectors for general purposes.
--- Part 2.Flat type. The purpose is to determine the dimensions and requirements of flat type hydraulic quick-change connectors.
--- Part 3.General type with threaded connection. The purpose is to determine the dimensions and requirements of general threaded connection type hydraulic quick-change connectors.
--- Part 4.72MPa threaded connection type. The purpose is to determine the dimensions of threaded hydraulic quick-change connectors under 72MPa high pressure
and requirements.

1 Scope
This document specifies the dimensions of hydraulic flat quick-change connectors for use with maximum working pressures of 10MPa to 31.5MPa (corresponding to different specifications).

This document applies to hydraulic flat-face quick-disconnect couplings that are not intended to be connected or disconnected under pressure.
Note. When the quick-change fitting is disconnected in the connected state, the separated fitting ends automatically seal the upstream and downstream fluids.
