3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Fully mature fresh jujube, the jujube fruit made by air-drying, sun-drying or baking.
3.2
Plump fleshy plumpflesh
The edible part of jujube fruit is an indicator of the proportion of the total quality, and the ones that reach more than 90% are thick fleshy.
3.3
Mouldyfruit
Jujube fruit has a musty taste, wine taste, rotten taste and traces of yeast, mold and other microorganisms parasitic. It is not suitable for edible fruit.
3.4
Defectivefruit
During the growth period or the picking period, the defective fruit is caused by pests and diseases, mechanical damage or chemical action.
