4 Basic requirements
4.1 Each logistics service provider shall establish a logistics traceability information management system to standardize the collection and maintenance of logistics information.
4.2 Each logistics service provider shall be equipped with the necessary information system to realize the whole process of electronic recording and management of logistics traceability information.
4.3 All logistics service providers shall ensure mutual cooperation and smooth flow of information.
4.4 All logistics service providers shall be responsible for the collection, recording, verification and preservation of logistics traceability information; when implementing traceability, they shall provide timely information

4.5 For logistics services involving import and export trade, the collection of logistics traceability information should include information in English or language information in the country of import/export.
