3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 9846-2015, GB/T 18259, and GB/T 14019 apply to this document. For convenience

4 Use classification
The classification of anti-corrosion plywood shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 C1, C2, C3.1, C3.2, C4.1, and C4.2 in GB/T 27651-2011.
5 requirements
5.1 Specifications and deviations
Should meet the requirements of 5.1 in GB/T 9846-2015.
5.2 Appearance quality
The surface of the anticorrosive plywood should be clean, free of foreign matter adhering, no visible preservative deposits, no shortage of surface boards, no bubbling, and no delamination.
5.3 Moisture content
The moisture content should be 5%~14%.
5.4 Bonding strength
The gluing strength should comply with the regulations in 5.3.2 of GB/T 9846-2015 for Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ plywood.
5.5 Dipping and peeling
It shall meet the requirements of 5.3.3 in GB/T 9846-2015.
5.6 Bending strength and elastic modulus
It shall meet the requirements of 5.3.4 in GB/T 9846-2015.
5.7 Formaldehyde emission
When used indoors, the amount of formaldehyde released should meet the relevant regulations of GB 18580-2017.
5.8 Drug loading and penetration
5.8.1 The drug load should meet the requirements of Table 1.
7.5 Dipping and peeling
According to the provisions of 4.19 in GB/T 17657-2013.
7.6 Static bending strength and elastic modulus
According to the provisions of GB/T 17657-2013, 4.7.
7.7 Formaldehyde emission
According to the relevant regulations of GB 18580-2017.
7.8 Drug loading and penetration
7.8.1 When determining the content of each active ingredient of the preservatives listed in Table 1, copper, copper oxide, DDAC, BAC, tebuconazole, propiconazole and boron
The relevant regulations of GB/T 23229 shall be carried out; chromium trioxide and arsenic pentoxide shall be carried out according to the provisions of Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 in SB/T 10404-2006.

8 Inspection rules
8.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
8.2 Factory inspection
Ex-factory inspection includes inspection of specifications, dimensions and deviations, appearance quality, moisture content, bonding strength, and penetration.
8.3 Type inspection
8.3.1 In addition to all the items of the factory inspection, the type inspection should be increased by immersion peeling, static bending strength and elastic modulus, drug loading, formaldehyde
Release inspection.
8.3.2 Periodic inspections during normal production throughout the year are generally not less than twice. Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations.
a) When the product is finalized and appraised;
b) When there are major changes in the production process and the types of raw and auxiliary materials;
c) When production has been suspended for more than three months and production is resumed;
d) When a major quality problem is found in the factory inspection;
e) When required by the quality supervision department.
8.4 Sampling and determination rules
Specifications and deviations, appearance quality, moisture content, bonding strength, immersion peeling, static flexural strength and elastic modulus, and formaldehyde emission
The sampling and determination rules shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 7.2 and 7.3 of GB/T 9846-2015.
