Plant Quarantine Regulations for Outbound Containers
1 Scope
This document specifies the quarantine requirements, on-site quarantine, laboratory testing, result determination, and non-conformity disposal for the plant quarantine of exit containers.
This document is applicable to the phytosanitary of outbound containers.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Container freightcontainer
A type of transportation equipment that has the following conditions.
a) It has sufficient strength and can be used repeatedly during the effective use period;
b) It is suitable for one or more modes of transportation to transport goods, and there is no need to invert it on the way;
c) Equipped with devices for quick loading and unloading, especially from one mode of transportation to another mode of transportation;
d) Facilitate the filling and emptying of the goods in the box;
e) The internal volume is equal to or greater than 1m3 (35ft3).
Note. The term "container" neither includes vehicles nor general packaging.

3.2
General purpose container
Fully enclosed container with weathertight performance. Equipped with rigid box roof, side walls, end walls and bottom structures, at least one end is provided
