Three components of cannabis in suspected drugs
Gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the qualitative inspection method and gas phase method for the effective ingredients in the solid samples of suspected drugs by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)
Principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating methods, and result evaluation and expression of chromatographic (GC) quantitative inspection methods.
This standard applies to the qualitative analysis of THC, cannabidiol and cannabidiol in solid samples of suspected drugs, and the determination of THC in solid samples.
Quantitative analysis.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 are applicable to this document.
4 Principle
Extract the tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol, and cannabidiol in solid samples of suspected drugs. Use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect
The retention time, characteristic ion fragments and ion abundance ratio are used as the basis for qualitative judgment; gas chromatography is used for detection, and the chromatographic peak area is used as the quantitative basis.
According to the data, quantitative analysis was carried out using external standard single point method or internal standard standard curve method.
5 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in the analysis are chromatographically pure.
5.1 Methanol.
5.2 Internal standard substance. tribenzylamine (purity not less than 95%).
5.3 Standard substance stock solution. 0.1mg/mL tetrahydrocannabinol standard stock solution, 1.0mg/mL cannabinol standard stock solution, 1.0mg/mL large
The standard stock solution of ephedrine can be stored under refrigeration at 0℃~4℃, and the validity period is 12 months.
5.4 Internal standard stock solution for quantification by internal standard standard curve method. Weigh an appropriate amount of tribenzylamine, make the volume with methanol, and prepare 0.5mg/mL tribenzylamine.
Standard stock solution. Keep refrigerated at 0℃~4℃, valid for 12 months.
5.5 Standard working solution for qualitative use. pipette THC standard stock solution, cannabidiol standard stock solution, and cannabidiol standard stock solution respectively
Each appropriate amount was diluted with methanol to prepare a mixed standard working solution of tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol, and cannabidiol, all 0.05mg/mL.
Store under refrigeration at 0℃~4℃, valid for 1 month.
5.6 Tetrahydrocannabinol qualitative control standard working solution. pipette an appropriate amount of the tetrahydrocannabinol standard substance stock solution, dilute with methanol, and prepare
