1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) qualitative inspection method and gas chromatography of dimethylene dioxyamphetamine (MDMA)
The principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operation methods, and result evaluation and expression of the quantitative test method of spectroscopy (GC).
This standard applies to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of MDMA in solid samples of suspected drugs.

5 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in the analysis are chromatographically pure.
5.1 Methanol.
5.2 Internal standard. n-decane (purity not less than 95%).
5.3 Standard material stock solution. 1.0mg/mLMDMA standard material stock solution, stored at 0℃~4℃, valid for 12 months.
5.4 Internal standard stock solution for quantification by internal standard standard curve method. Weigh 500 mg of n-decane and dilute it with methanol into a 50 mL volumetric flask to prepare
10.0mg/mL n-decane internal standard stock solution. Keep refrigerated at 0℃~4℃, the validity period is 3 months.
5.5 Standard working solution for qualitative use. Pipette an appropriate amount of MDMA standard substance stock solution, dilute with methanol, and prepare a 0.1 mg/mL solution.
MDMA standard working solution. Keep refrigerated at 0℃~4℃, the validity period is 3 months. Qualitative standard work for other concentrations used in the experiment
