This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 39737-2020 ``National Park Establishment Regulations'', compared with GB/T 39737-2020, except for structural adjustments and
In addition to editorial changes, the main changes are as follows.
a) Change the term "ecological geographic area" to "natural ecological geographic area" (see 3.4, 3.4 in the 2020 edition);
b) The basic characteristics of "Area Scale Suitability" are changed, and quantitative indicators are not set, and qualitative descriptions are based on different locations (see 5.2.3, 2020 edition)

c) The basic characteristics of "natural resource asset property rights" have been changed, and the quantitative index of the area of natural resource assets owned by the whole people has been deleted and replaced by

f) Appendices D "Summary of National Park Conformity Verification Report Text" and Appendix E "Social Impact Assessment Report for the Establishment of National Parks" have been added

1 Scope
This document specifies requirements for national park access conditions, identification indicators, survey evaluation, naming rules, and establishment plan preparation.
This document is applicable to the evaluation and management of the establishment of national parks.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

National park
It is established with the approval of the state and led by the management, with clear boundaries, with the main purpose of protecting a large area of nationally representative natural ecosystems
