GB/T 39652 "Guidelines for Emergency Rescue of Transport of Dangerous Goods" is divided into 4 parts. ---Part 1.General provisions; ---Part 2.Emergency Guide; ---Part 3.Rescue distance; ---Part 4.A list of substances that react with water to produce toxic gases. This part is Part 4 of GB/T 39652. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 39652 specifies a list of substances that are common in hazardous cargo transportation accidents that produce toxic gases when they react with water. General provisions, the structure of the list of substances that react with water to produce toxic gases and the list of substances that react with water to produce toxic gases. This part is applicable to the list of substances that produce toxic gases in response to water in the emergency rescue guidelines for the transportation of dangerous goods.

3 Terms and definitions

GB 12268, GB/T 39652.1, "Emergency Rescue Guide for the Transport of Dangerous Goods (ERG)" and "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods" The terms and definitions defined in the "Model Regulations" apply to this document. 4 General rules

4.1 The substances listed in this section that react with water to produce toxic gases refer to dangerous goods with a known hazard category. 4.2 Substances that meet the requirements for classification of dangerous goods in A.2.4c) of GB/T 39652.1-2021, and only produce flammable gas in contact with water, are not In the content of this section; contact with water to produce both flammable gas and toxic gas, belong to the content of this section. 4.3 The substance itself is not a toxic substance, but it reacts with water to produce toxic gas, which belongs to the content of this section. 4.4 Although some dangerous goods are not included in this section, it does not mean that they are not dangerous. The list of substances that react with water to produce toxic gases is divided into 6 columns. Column 1 "UN Number"---Dangerous Goods Number, is the serial number assigned to dangerous goods according to the United Nations classification system; Column 2 "Chinese name" --- the official Chinese name of the substance that produces toxic gas when exposed to water as a dangerous cargo; Column 3 "English name" --- the official English name of the substance that produces toxic gas when exposed to water as a dangerous cargo; Column 4 "Category or Division"---the main hazard of the substance that produces toxic gas when reacting with water as a dangerous goods; Column 5 "Guide Number"---corresponding to the number of emergency guide cards used in different dangerous goods transportation accidents; Column 6 "Gas Produced"---Toxic gas produced by substances that react with water to produce toxic gas.
