1 Scope

This standard specifies the architecture and functions of urban smart card interconnection and recharge, message and interface data definition, recharge application, recharge operation, recharge Value exception handling and reconciliation file handling, etc. This standard is applicable to the design, development and application of the recharge data interface for the interconnection of urban smart cards.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 City Smart Card Used for comprehensive transportation in the city (bus, subway, light rail, ferry, taxi, public bicycle), public utility payment, landscape architecture, Community/park application, parking lot management and many other business needs, identification cards with microprocessor chips. Note.
