1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the materials, design and calculation, production and installation, inspection and test, safety of public pipelines (gas pipelines and thermal pipelines). Basic requirements related to safety such as full operation and maintenance. 1.2 This standard applies to the following urban gas pipelines and urban thermal pipelines. a) Gas pipeline. from the gate station, storage and distribution station, various gas source plant stations and other gas plant stations to users or between plants Pipeline and its ancillary facilities. Ancillary facilities include line valve room, pressure regulating station (including pressure regulating box), condensate tank, etc., see Figure 1 for details. b) Thermal pipeline. from the boundary point of the heat source outlet to the boundary point of the heat user (civil or industrial), it is laid in the urban area Steam pipeline and hot water pipeline and their auxiliary facilities are shown in Figure 2.The design pressure of the steam medium is less than or equal to 2.5MPa, The design temperature is less than or equal to 350℃; the design pressure of the hot water medium is less than or equal to 2.5MPa, and the design temperature is less than or equal to 200℃. 1.3 This standard does not apply to the following gas pipelines and thermal pipelines. a) Gas pipelines in the plant station in the gas system (except the pressure regulating station) and in the plant station in the heat system (except the thermal station and heat distribution station) Thermal piping; b) Internal gas and heat pipes for industrial users (divided by plant boundaries); c) Commercial and residential users' internal gas pipelines (bounded by user inlet pipe valves) and thermal pipelines (bounded by thermal inlets); d) Internal piping of gas and thermal equipment.
