1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for express transportation information exchange, information exchange business process, and communication between express service organizations and air transportation enterprises. Requirements for interfaces, message specifications, information exchange security control, and data exchange frequency. This standard applies to the exchange of information between express service organizations and air transport companies to complete domestic express air transport.
