3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Allergenic protein
A protein that can cause an allergic reaction in the body.
4 Principle
The allergenic protein in the sample is extracted by protein extract and purified by anion exchange chromatography, measured by capillary electrophoresis, migration time
Qualitative, quantitative by external standard method.
5 Reagents or materials
Unless otherwise specified, only analytical reagents are used.
5.1 Water
Grade 1 water specified in GB/T 6682.
5.2 Methanol
Chromatographically pure.
5.3 Tris-hydroxymethylaminomethane-hydrochloric acid buffer
Trimethylolaminomethane 1.21g, add 900mL of double-distilled water to dissolve, adjust the pH to 7.5 with 6mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, set with distilled water
Make up to 1000mL, filter with 0.45μm filter membrane, ultrasonically shake (power.200W) for 30min, and store at room temperature.
