3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Endogenous referencegene
Genes that are ubiquitous in different plant species and have constant copy numbers.
3.2
Exogenous gene
Other biological genes transferred by bioengineering technology to make the biological variety show new biological traits.
3.3
Quality control sample
The sample is prepared in parallel with the sample to be tested, which is used to show whether the sample to be tested is contaminated during the sample preparation process.
3.4
Templatefragment
A template deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) inferred from a set of sequencing fragments with the same random barcode in the high-throughput sequencing fragments
sequence.
3.5
Characteristic fragment of exogenous gene
Template fragments that contain foreign genes but do not exist in nature.
Note. Including foreign gene sequences containing artificially modified sequences, and the sequence of the foreign gene and the exogenous gene other than the boundary sequence of the exogenous gene in the species of origin
Connected sequence.
