1 Scope
This standard specifies the mold fixing dimensions, mold fixing holes, T-slots, and ejection holes for the molds of rubber and plastic injection molding machines.
This standard applies to rubber or plastic injection molding machines with four or no tie bars with horizontal or vertical mold clamping devices, hereinafter referred to as
Injection molding machine.
This standard does not apply to mold fixing holes and T-slots with two or three tie rods and machines with rotating or multi-station table

3 terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36587 and the following apply to this document.

Fixingholes
Threaded holes for fixing the mold on the fixed template and the movable template.
3.2
T-slots
T-slots for fixing molds on fixed and movable plates.
3.3
Ejector hole
Holes on the movable template for passing the ejector rod.
3.4
Mold fixing dimensions
The relevant die fixing and coupling dimensions are determined by the larger inner rod e1 and the smaller inner rod e2.
4 Mould fixed size
The fixed size of the mold is divided into numerical values using a smaller inner distance e2 (see Table 1) .The clamping device with four tie rods is shown in Figure 1, without pulling.
