Test method for high temperature mechanical properties
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, tests, test results, and
experiment report.
This standard applies to the tensile strength of two-dimensional woven structure quartz fiber fabric reinforced resin-based composites when the test temperature is not higher than 500 ° C.
Testing of properties, compressive properties, bending properties and short beam shear strength. Other fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials can be used as a reference.

3 General requirements
3.1 Test equipment
3.1.1 Test machine
According to the provisions of 5.1.1 ~ 5.1.4 in GB/T 1446-2005.
3.1.2 Deformation measuring device

3.1.3.1 The high-temperature device should be able to meet the requirements of high-temperature testing, and ensure that the entire sample is in a uniform temperature zone, and the temperature deviation should not exceed
± 3 ℃, temperature uniformity should not exceed 4 ℃. When the test temperature is not greater than 300 ° C, the high temperature device should be able to ensure that the sample is within 10 minutes
Heating to the specified test temperature; when the test temperature is greater than 300 ° C, the high temperature device should ensure that the sample is heated to the specified temperature within 20 minutes.
