1 Scope
This standard specifies the service robot's mobile performance, positioning and navigation, operating capability, endurance, energy consumption, voice interaction and face recognition.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Rated speed ratedspeed
The maximum travel speed allowed by the robot under rated load and normal operating conditions.
3.2
Mobile platform mobileplatform
An assembly of all components that enable the mobile robot to move.
Note 1. The mobile platform contains a chassis for supporting the load.
Note 2. Due to possible confusion with the term “base”, it is not recommended to use the term “mobilebase” to describe the mobile platform.

The state specified by the robot manufacturer that it can operate normally in accordance with the use environment.

Load load
Forces and/or mechanical forces at the mechanical interface or mobile platform in all directions of motion, under specified speed and acceleration conditions
