Lithium-containing waste is mainly derived from lithium-containing batteries, wastes produced during the production and use of lithium salts, etc., according to physical form and mode of existence.

4 treatment and disposal methods
4.1 Pretreatment
4.1.1 Method summary
At a certain temperature, the lithium-containing waste is subjected to high-temperature roasting treatment to remove organic matter, etc., and then mechanically crushed and sorted to obtain a powder.
