GB/T 38051 "Household Cooking Appliances" is divided into the following sections.
--- Part 1. Test methods for performance of electric cookers, ovens, steam ovens and grills;
--- Part 2. Stove performance test method.
This part is the second part of GB/T 38051.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section uses the translation method equivalent to IEC 60350-2.2017 "Household Cooking Appliances Part 2. Stove Performance Test Method".

Performance test method
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 38051 specifies the performance test method for household electric cooktops.
The appliances covered in this section can be built in or placed on a work surface. The cooktop can also be part of a cooktop.
This section does not apply to portable appliances for cooking, barbecue and other similar functions (see IEC 61817).
This section specifies the main performance characteristics of the hobs that the user is interested in and specifies the measurement methods for these performance characteristics.
This section does not specify a classification or ranking of performance.
Note 1. Due to different conditions between laboratories, some of the tests specified in this section are not considered reproducible test data and are only applicable to comparative tests.
Note 2. This section does not address safety requirements (IEC 60335-2-6 and IEC 60335-2-9).

Stove hob
A part of an appliance or appliance with a control unit containing one or more cooking zones and/or cooking zones.
Note 1. The cooktop can also be called a stove.
Note 2. The control unit can be included in the cooktop or integrated in the microwave.
