1 Scope
This standard specifies the namespace prefix conventions and structured processing bases used in the structural processing and presentation of national standard texts.
This architecture and the requirements for element and standard definitions.
This standard is applicable to the digital processing of national standard structure and related development and application. Other standards can be used as reference.

3 namespace prefix convention
This standard uses a series of namespace prefixes when describing elements and attributes, as shown in Table 1.

4 Structured processing basic architecture
According to the provisions of GB/T 24639, the XML-based method is mainly divided into the following when the national standards are structured.
Modules, namely.
a) structuring of standard content information;
b) standardization of drafting and drafting information;
c) Standard implementation of information structuring.
The content of the national standard structured module is shown in Figure 1.
