1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, operation management and maintenance, inspection rules, coloring and marking of edible oil carrier containers. This standard applies to edible oil carriers for road transport. This standard does not apply to edible oil carriers for railway wagon transport, waterway cabin transport, container transport and non-metallic materials.

3 Technical requirements

3.1 Basic requirements 3.1.1 The design, manufacture, installation and inspection of container tanks and accessories shall comply with the provisions of GB 6944 and GB 18564.1. Tank and accessories Materials that come into contact with the edible oil should comply with food safety standards and requirements. 3.1.2 The design documentation of the container shall include the design calculations, design drawings and installation instructions, in accordance with the corresponding product standards. 3.1.3 The safety requirements of the container shall comply with the provisions of GB 18564.1 and GB 7258. 3.1.4 The performance of the container shall comply with the provisions of 4.2. The container size and quality limits shall comply with GB/T 16471. 3.1.5 If the paint is to be used on the inner wall of the tank, the paint shall comply with the provisions of GB 4806.10 and GB 9685. 3.2 Design requirements 3.2.1 The structure of the container should have sufficient rigidity and strength.
