1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for production conditions and evaluation methods of enterprises engaged in yacht production (including construction and modification).
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the production conditions of all types of aluminum and fiber reinforced plastic yacht manufacturers. Other non-metallic materials (such as Polyethylene B)
The evaluation of the production conditions of yachts and other yacht manufacturers can be referred to.
This standard does not apply to the evaluation of the production conditions of steel and wooden yacht production enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Yacht yacht
A vessel engaged in non-commercial sightseeing, recreation and other activities.
3.2
Captain yachtlength
The horizontal distance from the front end to the end of the structure of the yacht.
Note. The length of the boat includes all structural and component parts of the boat, such as the first or tail post, the bulwark and the hull/deck connection, excluding the structural integrity of the boat.
Removable components, such as consoles on both ends of the boat, header attachments, rudders, outboard engines and their mounting brackets and mounting platforms, diving platforms, boarding platforms,
