1 Scope
This document stipulates the contents of the indicator system for prefecture-level cities and above and county-level cities in national forest cities.
This document applies to the evaluation of national forest cities.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
National Forest City
A city with an ecosystem with forests and trees as the main body, and mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasses and sands coexisting in harmony, is formed within the municipal area.
3.2
City field
The entire area under the jurisdiction of a city.
3.3
urban area
The built-up area of a city.
3.4
plain city
Cities in which mountainous area accounts for less than 2/3 of the urban area.
3.5
mountain citymountain city
Cities where mountainous area accounts for 2/3 or more of the urban area.
3.6
Native tree species
Tree species that are naturally distributed in the area and naturalized tree species that are not ecologically invasive.
3.7
Greenway
Relying on natural elements and forming the basis, it connects urban and rural recreation and leisure green spaces to meet the needs of pedestrians and cyclists to enter the natural landscape
