1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and quality of oil-based needle coke quantity certificate. This standard is applicable to calcined needle coke produced by raw material pretreatment and delayed coking with aromatic hydrocarbon-containing heavy oil as raw material, and Calcined calcined needle coke can be used as a raw material for graphite electrodes, anode materials for lithium ion batteries, and special carbon products.

5 Test methods

6 Inspection Rules
