4.1 Conductive carbon black. ash content ≤ 0.05%, moisture content ≤ 0.1%, specific surface area 50m2/g~80m2/g, median particle size D50
30nm~60nm.
4.2 Conductive graphite. ash content ≤ 0.05%, moisture content ≤ 0.1%, median particle size D50 100nm~300nm.
4.3 Acrylonitrile copolymer. viscosity >7300mPa·s (25℃, 1% solid content solution), median particle size D50≤1μm.
4.4 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), viscosity 3000mPa·s~5000mPa·s (25℃, 1% solid content solution), pH
6.0~8.5.
4.5 Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), pH 5.0~7.5, median particle size D50 150nm~220nm.
4.6 Lithium metal sheet or ribbon. in accordance with the requirements of Li-3 grade in GB/T 4369, with a diameter of 16 mm to 19 mm and a thickness of 0.5 mm to
1.2mm.
4.7 Copper foil. thickness is 7mm~15mm.
4.8 Nickel foam. diameter is 14mm~19mm, thickness is 0.15mm~0.25mm.
4.9 Diaphragm. Polyethylene-polypropylene composite membrane, diameter 18mm~20mm.
4.10 Electrolyte. LiPF6 dissolved in organic solvents [ethylene carbonate (EC), dimethyl carbonate (DMC), ethyl methyl carbonate
(EMC) volume ratio of 1.1.1] to form a solution with a concentration of 1 mol/L.
