1 Scope

This standard defines the basic terms commonly used in commercial insurance business, insurance product terminology, insurance and underwriting terminology, insurance contract management terminology, Compensation and payment terms, market and marketing terms, insurance intermediary terms, actuarial terms, reinsurance terms, insurance organization and regulatory terms and definitions. This standard applies to the development and management of insurance business insurance activities.

2 basic terminology

2.1 Insurance insurance The insured pays the insurance premium to the insurer according to the contract, and the insurer creates the accident that may have occurred in the contract.
