1 Scope
This standard defines the basic terms commonly used in commercial insurance business, insurance product terminology, insurance and underwriting terminology, insurance contract management terminology,
Compensation and payment terms, market and marketing terms, insurance intermediary terms, actuarial terms, reinsurance terms, insurance organization and regulatory terms and definitions.
This standard applies to the development and management of insurance business insurance activities.
2 basic terminology
2.1
Insurance insurance
The insured pays the insurance premium to the insurer according to the contract, and the insurer creates the accident that may have occurred in the contract.
The property damage shall be liable for compensation, or when the insured dies, is disabled, sick or reaches the agreed age, duration, etc.
The commercial insurance behavior that pays the insurance liability when the conditions are met.
Note. Insurance is a way for individuals or organizations to transfer their own risks.

Property insurance
Insurance with the property and its related interests as the subject of insurance.
Note. Property insurance includes property loss insurance, liability insurance, credit insurance, guarantee insurance, etc.

Insurer

Insured applicant;proposer
Enter into an insurance contract with the insurer and have the obligation to pay the insurance premium in accordance with the insurance contract.
2.6
Insured insured
The person whose property or person is covered by the insurance contract and who has the right to claim insurance benefits.

Beneficiary beneficiary
A person who has the right to claim insurance premiums specified by the insured or the insured in the life insurance contract.

Policy holder; policy holder
