GB/T 36410 "Port Equipment Energy Consumption Evaluation Method" is divided into five parts.

1 Scope
This part of GB/T 36410 specifies the energy consumption testing requirements, testing methods and evaluation methods for bulk cargo shippers.
This section applies to the energy consumption evaluation of bulk loading and unloading bulk cargo shippers.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 36410.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Unit energy efficiency unitenergyefficiency
The ratio of the energy consumption value to the total mass of the loaded cargo under the specified working conditions of the bulk cargo shiploader.
4 Testing requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The ambient temperature should be 0 ° C ~ 40 ° C, the maximum relative humidity should not be greater than 95%.
4.1.2 The maximum wind speed should not exceed 5 levels.
4.1.3 The deviation of the grid input voltage fluctuation should be within the range of -10%~ 6% of the rated voltage, and the three-phase voltage unbalance rate should not be large.

4.2 Tested ship loader requirements
4.2.1 The normal operation of the bulk cargo shiploader (referred to as the ship loader) shall comply with the relevant requirements of the ship loader and shall not be used to improve the loader's energy.
