1 Scope
This part of GB/T 36410 specifies the energy consumption testing requirements, detection methods and assessments for rail-mounted container gantry cranes.
Law and so on.
This section applies to the evaluation of energy consumption of rail-mounted container gantry cranes.
This section does not apply to rail container gantry cranes that handle empty containers.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36410.1-2018 apply to this document.
4 testing requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The ambient temperature should be 0 °C ~ 40 °C, the maximum relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
4.1.2 The maximum wind speed should not exceed 5 levels.
4.1.3 The deviation of the input voltage fluctuation of the grid should be in the range of -10%~6% of the rated voltage. The three-phase voltage imbalance rate should not be large.

4.2 Tested crane requirements
4.2.1 The normal operation of rail-type container gantry cranes (referred to as cranes) shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 19683 and JT/T 566,
Crane parameters should not be adjusted to improve energy efficiency.
4.2.2 The cranes should be inspected by the competent authority of the industry and have relevant certifications before they can implement on-site energy consumption tests.
4.2.3 The crane shall be on a flat rail surface with an inclination of not more than 2.5 ‰; the partial load shall be within the prescribed range of the crane.
4.2.4 Before the test, the height of the crane and the position of the trolley should be checked, and the accuracy of the crane should be met.
4.3 Measuring Instrument Requirements
Measuring instruments should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 36410.1-2018.
