1 Scope
The current standard stipulates the work of the party and the masses of pumped-storage power generation enterprises, administrative management, operation management, production technology management, financial audit, and personnel
Fundamental principles and methods for the classification of capital, power production, scientific and technological research, basic construction, equipment and instrument files.
This standard applies to pumped-storage power generation enterprises.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Archives archives
The historical records of various forms that have been formed directly in social activities by state agencies, social organizations or individuals.
2.2
Classification classification
According to the file's source, formation time, content, form and other characteristics of the file entities are hierarchically divided.
2.3
Archive number archivalcode
A set of code that is assigned to the file entity in a character form to fix and reflect the file arrangement order.
2.4
Category classifiedcatalogue
Files that have common attributes in nature or features are the basic units for file classification.
Note. The category number represents the code at the file classification level.

Retention period recordsretentionschedule
The period of time for the delineation of the archives is divided into permanent, regular 30 years and regular 10 years.

3 Basic regulations
3.1 Category Classification Principle
