4 General requirements
4.1 Large amphibious aircraft as a professional aviation emergency rescue vehicle for rescue on water (sea), equipped with water rescue equipment should be able to meet the water
(Hai) rescue needs of persons in distress.
4.2 Water rescue equipment equipped with large amphibious aircraft can be divided into basic items and optional items.
