Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is proposed by the State Forestry Administration. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Forestry Biomass Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC416). This standard was drafted by. Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. The main drafters of this standard are. Cao Shilin, Hu Huichao, Ma Xiaojuan, Huang Liulian, and Chen Lihui. Forestry biomass raw material analysis method Insoluble sugar determination

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment for the determination of insoluble sugar content in forestry biomass raw materials. Sample preparation, test procedures, test data processing, precision requirements, and test reports. This standard applies to the determination of insoluble sugar content in forestry biomass raw materials. When the injection volume was 20 μL, the detection limit (S/N ≥ 3) of the method was. glucose 8 mg/L, xylose 14 mg/L, Arabinose 28 mg/L, galactose 10 mg/L, and mannose 16 mg/L.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30336-2013 and the following apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is repeated Some terms and definitions in GB/T 30366-2013. 3.1 Forestry biomass forestrybiomass Biomass produced during forestry production and processing. Mainly include forest products (such as wood, bamboo, rattan, etc.) and forestry residues (such as branches Slag, sawdust, sawdust, shoots, slats and truncated, husks and kernels and other processing residues and processing residues, paper-making waste, and waste wood), Energy forest and so on. [GB/T 30336-2013, definition 2.1.3] 3.2 Insoluble sugars insolublesaccharides The (heat) water-insoluble carbohydrates in forestry biomass feedstocks include cellulose and most hemicelluloses.

4 Principle

The insoluble sugars in the forestry biomass feedstock can be converted to the corresponding monosaccharides by two stages of sulfuric acid hydrolysis. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) After the monosaccharide content was measured, the insoluble sugar content in the forestry biomass material was calculated.
