1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of ash in forestry biomass raw materials.
This standard applies to the determination of ash content in forestry biomass raw materials such as wood and bamboo.

3 Principle
In the strict control of time, sample quality, equipment specifications, temperature (550 ± 10) °C and other conditions, by measuring the sample heated in the air
The ash content was determined as the percentage of post-residues as a percentage of the total dry sample mass.
4 Instruments and Devices
4.1 Muffle furnace
