1 Scope
This standard specifies the safety classification, measurement and evaluation methods for semiconductor radiation equipment and systems.
This standard applies to semiconductor lighting devices and systems with emission wavelengths in the range of 380nm to 780nm (hereinafter referred to as "LED").
