4 Method summary

The first step of the determination is to add a certain amount of sugar cane (or bagasse) that has been processed by a sugar cane preparation cutting mill (abbreviated as cutting mill) or a tearing machine. The water was stirred and torn with a sugarcane sample disintegrator (abbreviated as disassembler). The disintegrator runs and stirs at high speed for a set period of time. Through the filter The oozing mix juice was filtered and then the hammer juice, sugar content, and sucrose content of the mixed juice were measured. The second step of the determination is to place the quantitative sugar cane (or bagasse) in a constant temperature drying oven and dry it under specified conditions, depending on the quality of the loss. The amount of moisture was measured. The sucrose content of sugar cane (or bagasse) is determined by measuring the sucrose content and hammerage of the oozing mixed juice and the water content of sugar cane (or bagasse), according to the formula. Calculate OK. The brittleness and fiber fraction of sugarcane (or bagasse) are also calculated according to the formula by processing the above measurement data.

5 main reagents

5.1 Basic lead acetate. chemically pure, particle size requirements should all be 0.42mm through the sieve and at least 70% can pass 0.12mm through the sieve Screen. 5.2 filter paper. quantitative filter paper. 5.3 24.85 ° Bx hydrochloric acid solution. slowly add 850mL water with 1000mL concentrated hydrochloric acid (density 1.19g/mL) and correct it accurately Concentration to 24.85° Bx (20°C). 5.4 231.5g/L sodium chloride solution. Weigh 231.5g of sodium chloride dried at 120°C, dissolve in appropriate amount of water and transfer to 1000mL. Measuring flask, dilute with water to the mark. 5.5 Distilled water. Grade 3 water specified in GB/T 6682.
